Order Policies

We release a limited number of pickup and delivery dates and accept orders only while ordering is open, the selected slot has capacity, and its cutoff has not passed. Adding food to your cart does not reserve a slot.

The available dates, windows, and cutoff are shown at checkout and may vary by service day. Once a slot closes or fills, it can no longer be selected. Some menu items are pickup-only and cannot be included in a delivery order.

Payments are processed securely through Square; we never store your card details. Your total includes applicable sales tax and, for delivery orders, the displayed delivery fee. Prices, promo discounts, tax, fees, and the final total are shown before you pay.

The website does not offer self-service cancellation. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order; a request is not confirmed until we respond. Changes are subject to preparation, capacity, and route-planning constraints.

If we cancel a paid order because we cannot fulfill it, we will return the affected amount to the original payment method through Square. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears. For full contractual terms, see our Terms & Conditions.
