Terms & Policies

Ordering

We open a limited number of pickup and delivery days each week. At checkout you’ll choose an available day and time window — orders are only accepted for days that are open and not yet full.

Ordering closes the evening before each fulfilment day so we have time to prepare, pack, and plan the route. Once that cut-off passes, that day is no longer available.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Square; we never store your card details. Your total includes applicable sales tax, and a delivery fee for delivery orders. Prices are shown in full before you pay.

Pickup Policy

All orders must be picked up during the selected pickup window.

If you’re unable to pick up or need to change your pickup time, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. Requests made after that time will result in forfeiting 75% of the total bill.

Delivery Policy

Delivery windows typically fall within 3 hours from the stated start time.

Delivery times may arrive earlier or later (up to 30 minutes) depending on traffic conditions that day.
