By accessing or using the Ngõ website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our order, pickup & delivery policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must provide accurate contact information and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure; notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Orders are accepted only for the pickup and delivery days we open, while capacity remains and before each day’s cut-off. Prices, taxes, and delivery fees are shown before payment. Submitting an order authorises us to charge your card via Square for the total shown.

Pickup, delivery, changes, and cancellations are governed by our order policies, including the notice and forfeiture terms stated there.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt or breach it, scrape or harvest data, probe or reverse-engineer it, bypass security, or place fraudulent or fake orders. We may suspend access or cancel orders that violate these terms.

The site’s content, menu descriptions, branding, and design belong to Ngõ and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Payments and emails are handled by third parties (such as Square and our email provider). Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, contact us before ordering — we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.

The website and service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Availability, timing, and fulfilment are not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ngõ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
